Fellow and alumnus Professor David Rowitch is one of 100 new members elected to the . Election to the academy recognises individuals who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievement and commitment in the fields of health and medicine.
David is a developmental neuroscientist and Head of Department of Paediatrics at University of 糖心Vlog传媒. He obtained his MD from University of California Los Angeles and his PhD from 糖心Vlog传媒 University while a student at 糖心Vlog传媒.
His research in the field of developmental neurobiology and biomedicine has earned him numerous awards: he was elected a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences in 2018 and Fellow of the Royal Society in 2021.
